Through a diverse range of process improvement strategies and design methodologies, we strive to assist our clients in managing their facility portfolios and reducing costs. At our core, we are dedicated facility professionals, employing the discipline of process management and strategic planning to every aspect of the built environment.
As a Facility Management and Real Estate executive with over 40 years of experience in various corporate settings, David King, CFM leverages his expertise as a commercial designer, architect, and a global facility/real estate executive for Fortune 150 companies to develop software solutions that effectively manage the built environment.
Over the last twenty years, he has designed and developed commercial products (Samson Products) for corporate facility operations and cross-platform real estate management technology strategies
He has been published by the National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and served on several IFMA boards and committees at the local and national level. Mr. King has written white papers on operational improvement for GE, Kinko’s, Pitney Bowes, and Amazon.com. He is passionate about developing products and processes that reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction.
